Full primary care to people assigned female at birth. Services include but are not limited to:

• Annual exams
• Breast and cervical cancer screening
• Chronic illness management
• Contraception
• Menopause Symptom Management
• Evaluation and treatment of menstrual disorders 
• Pregnancy evaluation and counseling
• Preconception counseling
• Limited early pregnancy care (including dating ultrasound)
• Pelvic pain/infection management

• Initiation or continuation of hormone therapy
• Management of hormonal therapy issues or concerns
• Education
• Services referral
