The Clinic
Juneau Women's Health (JWH) is a sole-provider clinic, offering primary and reproductive care
services to people assigned female at birth. JWH provides gender affirming and sexual health services for all members of the community, regardless of sex-assigned at birth.

Philosophy
Juneau Women’s Health values providing compassionate, collaborative, and affirming, patient-centered care. Every patient deserves to feel heard and empathetically understood, which is why JWC considers themselves a teammate and partner in your care. At JWC, patients are provided with all the information they need to empower them in making informed decisions about their own health.

Alix Curtain

Alix was born and raised in Juneau and has a profound love for this community. She has been working in healthcare since 2010 and is grateful for the many talented and intelligent people she has learned from along the way.
Alix began her nursing career as an RN on the OB floor at Bartlett Beginnings. From there, she worked at Planned Parenthood as both an RN and a Clinician. Alix has special interests in gender affirming care, sexual health, and issues of reproductive justice.
When she’s not working, you can find Alix doing community theater, hanging out with her Pomeranians, or spending time with her husband.

Abby Query, Lead Clinical Coordinator

Abby is a lifelong Juneau local and is grateful to call this community home. She has worked as a medical assistant in Juneau since 2020 and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health through the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Abby discovered her passion for sexual, reproductive, and gender-affirming health while working as a medical assistant with Planned Parenthood. At our clinic, she wears many hats as our in-house phlebotomist, care coordinator, and back-office extraordinaire.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys downhill skiing, acroyoga, and harvesting local foods.
Hannah Grace Gereb, Administrative Coordinator

Hannah Grace may be a Juneau transplant but has fallen deeply in love with Southeast Alaska. When her career brought her across the country with her bicoastal bunny, Fig (her favorite co-pilot), she quickly realized she wanted to give back to and support the community that had welcomed her in.
With a background in theatre and a passion for connecting with people, Hannah Grace brings warmth, humor, and a people-first approach to her work at Juneau Women’s Health. Beginning her journey in mental health care and case management, she is now our front office extraordinaire, billing specialist, and resident shrimp expert.
Off the clock, she can be found hiking, performing, and probably laughing.
